What Happens in a Strategy Session
This isn’t a generic “AI is the future” pitch. It’s a focused, practical working session built around your business.
Before the Call
You’ll complete a short discovery questionnaire (the same one on our Book page) that tells me about your industry, team size, current pain points, and goals. I use this to prepare a personalized agenda — so we hit the ground running.
During the 90 Minutes
We’ll walk through your day-to-day operations and identify the workflows that are eating up the most time. For each one, I’ll show you:
- What AI can automate (and what it can’t — I’m honest about limitations)
- Which specific tools to use (not vague categories, actual product recommendations)
- How much time/money you can expect to save
- How hard it is to implement (some things are 30-minute setups, others need more work)
After the Call
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:
- A written summary of everything we discussed
